The operators themselves get to decide from which basic programmes and options their customers can choose. Irrespective of whether "insect intensive", "wheel intensive", "underbody wash" or additional care programmes with ShineTecs and RainTecs, based on the selected options, the car wash control system determines the ideal washing process and immediately presents the customer with a total price and washing time for the chosen combination. This makes the iWash 2.0 customer experience entirely individual and entirely transparent.

iWash 2.0 has the concept of upselling built-in. Every car wash customer is offered the option of selecting one or multiple extras in addition to a basic programme. Using the Multibox², the employee at the till selects from the same basic programmes and associated extras – which also reminds the employee to ask customers about upgrading their wash.

Wash&Pay allows your customers to drive up directly to an empty washing bay, to select and start a wash, and pay afterwards in the shop. This makes the processes at the gantry car wash considerably more efficient.

Drive-in also offers motorists the additional convenience of being able to decide for themselves, i.e. whether they wish to remain sitting comfortably during the wash and pay afterwards in the shop, or to get out and pay while their car is being washed.
